Its Vital purity

We are Water
60 to 65% of an adult’s weight is water, which our cells and tissue as well as our blood contain. Daily we eliminate water by perspiration (non-perceptible loss of sweat), transpiration and expiration, in order to guarantee our thermal regulation. Through the formation of urine we eliminate impurities helping the kidneys to do their job of filtration. This way we daily lose at least 3 litres of water of the 40 o 50 litres that our body contains.
This is why it is vital for the human being to have a daily intake of water. Between the water provided by food and what our own body produces, we have to complete the intake of 1,5 l a day.
