Specifically, the Lebanza valley springs are located in the heart of the Nature Reserve, in the so-called bear cave area, the second most important home of the Cantabrian brown bear in the Iberian Peninsula, after Somiedo (Asturias). According to the Reserve authorities, the existence of the Cantabrian brown bear is an important biological indicator that shows the natural richness and purity of the environment where the springs are located, and these provide the bottling plant with water.
 
The bottling plant is located in the San Salvador of the Cantamuda valley, beside the road from Cervera to Potes, making this an excellent logistical location providing easier access during the winter months.
